Start with the wand at the base of your lashes and sweep through lashes. Apply multiple coats for a more dramatic application, allowing to fully dry between applications.

Unlike synthetic mascaras, this product takes a second to dry and is not waterproof. It should be allowed to set to avoid smudging.
