Shipping policy
We ship to to the US and Canada. All orders over $50 ship free within the United States via USPS or UPS. Shipping for orders under $50 will be calculated at checkout. Upgraded shipping options are also available at checkout. Orders to Canada will be calculated at checkout based on carrier estimates and will be shipped via USPS/Canada Post.
Orders are processed in 1-5 business days, excluding federal holidays. All orders ship USPS First Class unless otherwise chosen at checkout and have estimated shipping times of 3-5 business days in addition to our processing time. We cannot guarantee shipping estimates, but will do our best to meet them. If you need your item sooner, upgraded shipping is available at check out. We do not offer upgraded processing at this time.
Lost Packages
If you suspect your package is lost please email us with your order number and tracking number. We will reach out to the carrier to confirm the status of the package, which can take 2-3 business days. If the carrier confirms that your package has been lost, a replacement package will be sent out free of charge. Please note due to COVID-19 carriers are still experiencing delays; delayed packages will not be replaced or refunded.
Marked as Delivered but Not Physically Received
If your tracking information marks your package as delivered but you have not physically received your package, please email us with your order number and tracking number. We will reach out to the carrier to try to help resolve the issue. However, Zerra & Co. is not liable for any missing or stolen packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please let us know as soon as possible after placing your order if your shipping address needs to be changed - if you order has not yet been fulfilled and shipped, we will make the necessary corrections. If your order has already shipped, changes cannot be made. If your package is returned to sender, you will be refunded and you can place a new order with the correct shipping address.
