Refund policy
We have a 30-day free return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for any reason.
To be eligible for a return, your item must have been delivered in the last 30 days and been ordered directly from our website. We do not accept returns from other retailers. You’ll also need your order number or the email you used to place your order to start a return.
If you'd like to make a return, email us at contact@zerraco.com or if you have an account you can do so from your account page. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a pre-paid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You must return your items regardless of condition to us for your return to be processed, and you must give your return package to the carrier within the original 30 day time frame. Your return will be processed 1-2 business days after we receive your package.

Cancellations
Please note we cannot guarantee cancellations after your order has been placed. Please email us and we will let you know if your order can be cancelled.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on final sale items, shipping costs or gift cards.
Exchanges

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2 business days of us receiving your return. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Coupons and Discounts
We do not offer rain checks on any sales if your order is placed outside of the sale timeframe. However, if your order date is during the promotion period, you can email us at contact@zerraco.com to apply the discount retroactively if you forgot to add the code at checkout.
Ex. Sale runs from the 1st through the 4th, if you place your order on the 3rd it qualifies for the discount. If your order is placed on the 5th, it does not.
We cannot apply discounts to orders that are over 7 days old for any reason.
Discounts cannot be combined. This includes coupon codes received for writing a review, redeeming rewards, ongoing promo codes or any other coupon code or discount.
